The activities on offer at the Kindness Hub will be changing continually with new things happening all the time. We have some set times where weekly, monthly or daily events take place and around those happenings there is space to fit whatever seems to be the kindest offering at that time.

qi gong
This fun, short Qi Gong exercise session helps relieve stresses and strains, revitalising the body and getting the energy moving. A perfect way to set yourself up for the rest of your day.
Every week day after meditation
silent meditation
Join us at the Hub for a half hour of silent meditation. Just sit and be – give your mind a break. No need for complicated seating positions or instructions. This is a time to simply watch your breath and notice the thoughts coming and going without judging or following them.
10.00am every week day
healing circle
Join us to sit in circle where you will be invited to relax, receive and welcome what arises at this time.
You will not need to share you name, your story or why you are there.
11.20am – 12.30pm every Friday – doors close at 11.35am
SILENT SUNDAY MORNING
Join us for sitting and walking meditation, mindful tea drinking and deep relaxation. With no words required this oasis of quiet time can provide much needed space in your busy life. A chance to do nothing, go nowhere, just be.
10.00am – 1.00pm on the first Sunday of the month – doors open at 9.45am
